Mixeaza galbenusurile cu zaharul pudra pana isi dubleaza volumul si se ingroasa.<br />
Adauga mascarpone rece, de la frigider si mixeaza usor, la viteza mica, pana compozitia devine omogena.<br />
Adauga apoi si vanilia si amesteca usor.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color:null;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Separat, mixeaza albusurile spuma, iar cand incep sa se intareasca adauga zaharul tos si bate pana obtii o bezea.<br />
Pune apoi bezeaua peste crema de mascarpone, amestecand usor cu o spatula, de jos in sus.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color:null;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">La final, pune in crema coaja de lime si coaja de portocala.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color:null;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Pentru sirop, amesteca sucul de portocale cu sucul de lime, apa rece, vanilia si zaharul pudra. Amesteca usor pana se topeste zaharul.</span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="color:null;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">Pregateste doua borcane pentru servire si pune la baza un rand de piscoturi inmuiate in sirop. Adauga apoi crema si pune de jur imprejur felii de capsuni.<br />
Pune apoi iar un strat de piscoturi inmuiate in sirop si inca un strat de crema.<br />
Pune deasupra capsuni taiate cubulete si o frunza de menta.</span></span></span></span></p>
