<p>50-100 ml bere,</p>

<p>100 ml smintina,</p>

<p>4-5 sardele,</p>

<p>chimen,</p>

<p>ceapa,</p>

<p>sare.</p>

<p><b>Brinza se marunteste cu furculita, casul se trece prin masina de tocat, se adauga berea, smintina, sardelele, o lingurita rasa de chimen macinat si ceapa rasa; </b></p>

<p><b>- compozitia se amesteca bine si se sareaza dupa gust. </b></p>

<p><b>- compozitia se serveste in aceeasi zi, aranjata pe platou, ornata cu masline si gogosari.</b></p>]]></description>
