<p>1 Kg ciuperci,</p>

<p>sare,</p>

<p>250-300 g maioneza,</p>

<p>100-150 ml smintina groasa,</p>

<p>marar,</p>

<p>patrunjel.</p>

<p>Dupa ce s-au curatat, ciupercile se fierb acoperite, circa 30 minute, in 1/4 l apa clocotita, impreuna cu o lingurita rasa de sare, o foaie de dafin, 50 ml vin alb sec, pina cind se moaie bine, apoi se scurg de apa in strecuratoare, unde se lasa sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>Maioneza obisnuita se amesteca cu smintina, potrivindu-se gustul ca sare, acreala si mustar, ca sa fie mai picanta.</p>

<p>Pentru aroma, se adauga frunze de marar si patrunjel taiate marunt si, facultativ, putina ceapa rasa fin, apoi se amesteca cu ciupercile bine scurse.</p>

<p>Salata se asaza pe platou si se orneaza cu masline si gogosari, sau se presara numai cu patrunjel taiat marunt.</p>]]></description>
