<p>600-800 g conopida,</p>

<p>300 g maioneza,</p>

<p>100 ml smintina,</p>

<p>marar,</p>

<p>patrunjel.</p>

<p>Conopida se fierbe si se strecoara.</p>

<p>Maioneza obisnuita se amesteca facultativ cu smintina, potivindu-se gustul cu sare, acreala si mustar, ca sa fie mai picanta, dupa care se amesteca usor cu conopida, prin rasturnare, ca aceasta sa nu se deformeze.</p>

<p>Pentru aroma, se pune neaparat in maioneza marar taiat marunt.</p>

<p>Se aranjeaza pe platou si se presara cu marar sau patrunjel taiat marunt.</p>
