<p>2 linguri vin,</p>

<p>Maioneza cu mustar, sare si zeama de lamiie, ca sa fie putin mai picanta, se subtiaza cu vinul, si se aromeaza cu tarhonul.</p>

<p>Se servesc imediat fierbinti (fara apa) in vas de portelan sau Jena, acoperiti ca sa nu se raceasca.</p>

<p>Sosul se serveste din sosiera.</p>

<p>Maioneza se poate inlocui cu sos olandez, sos remulad etc.</p>
