<p>100 g brinza de vaci,</p>

<p>100 g cascaval ras,</p>

<p>100 g telemea rasa,</p>

<p>2 oua mari,</p>

<p>50 g faina,</p>

<p>marar.</p>

<p>Brinzeturile se amesteca bine cu dosul furculitei ca sa se omogenizeze, adaugind ouale intrgi, faina si mararul taiat marunt.</p>

<p>Compozitia trebuie sa fie mai consistenta.</p>

<p>Se ia din compozitie cite o ligura cu virf, se ruleaza pe masa sau pe o foaie de nailon presarata cu faina, formind un sul de 2 cm.Acestea se modeleaza in forma de bila si se dau prin faina.</p>

<p>Se pregatesc toate si se asaza la masa.</p>

<p>Se toarna 1/2 l untdelemn intr-o cratita de 1 l si se lasa sa se infierbinte.</p>

<p>In untdelemn se pune o bucatica de aluat, cit un bob de porumb si, cind acesta se ridica la suprafata si se rumeneste, inseamna ca se pot pune gogosile.</p>

<p>Se asaza unele linga altele, neinghesuite deoarece cresc la copt.</p>

<p>Se intorc (cu o andrea subtire), ca sa se rumeneasca frumos de jur imprejur, apoi se scot cu spumiera, sau pe o furculita.Se servesc fierbinti ca aperitiv.</p>

<p>Nu se sfarima la fiert si sint foarte fragede.</p>

<p>Se pot reincalzi pe apa clocotita, sau in cuptor acoperite, timp de 10 minute.</p>]]></description>
