<p><span style="color:#8e44ad;"><strong>Ingrediente</strong></span></p>

<p>Patru felii de parizer de 4-5 mm grosime,</p>

<p>30 g unt sau untdelemn,</p>

<p>4 oua.</p>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>Pentru piure:</p>

<p>1/2 kg cartofi,</p>

<p>30 g unt,</p>

<p>2 linguri de lapte,</p>

<p>50 g cascaval sau brinza telemea.</p>

<p><span style="color:#8e44ad;"><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></span></p>

<p>Feliile de parizer se prajesc in unt sau in untdelemn numai pe o parte, fara sa li se indeparteze membrana (intestinul); la caldura, aceasta se micsoreaza si feliile se vor stringe, ca niste cuiburi.In fiecare cuib, se pune cite un ochi.</p>

<p>Se pot servi ca atare, sau asezate pe un soclu din piure de cartofi.</p>

<p>Piureul se pune intr-un vas rezistent la foc uns putin cu grasime si tapetat cu faina sau pesmet, incare sa incapa cuiburile de parizer, unele linga altele.</p>

<p>Se presara cu cascaval ras.</p>

<p>Se dau la cuptor cu 6-7 minute inainte de servire.</p>
