<p><span style="color:#8e44ad;"><strong>Ingrediente</strong></span></p>

<p>4 oua,</p>

<p>50 ml ulei,</p>

<p>2-3 linguri de apa,</p>

<p>1/2 lingurita sare,</p>

<p>un virf de cutit cu piper,</p>

<p>15 ml lamiie.</p>

<p><span style="color:#8e44ad;"><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></span></p>

<p>Ouale fierte tari sau cleioase, se taie in sferturi si se aseaza cu galbenisul in sus.</p>

<p>Uleiul, apa, sarea si lamiia se amesteca cu acest sos se stropesc bine ouale cit sunt calde.</p>

<p>Ouale se pot stropi si cu mujdei preparat din 2-3 catei de usturoi, presarati cu 1/2 linguri cu apa, o lingura de zeama de lamiie, 2 linguri de ulei si un virf de cutit de piper.</p>
