<p><span style="color:#8e44ad;"><strong>Ingrediente</strong></span></p>

<p>250 g margarina,</p>

<p>o cutie de sardele de cca 200 g,</p>

<p>cca 20 g masline,</p>

<p>2-3 castraveciori acri (cca 100-130 g ),</p>

<p>3 lingurite cu virf de mustar,</p>

<p>un gogosar rosu, sare.</p>

<p><span style="color:#8e44ad;"><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></span></p>

<p><b>Margarina pastrata intr-un loc mai cald in bucatarie, 2-3 ore, se freaca cu furculita pina cind devine ca o alifie (se va trece chiar pe un vas cu apa calda sau pe marginea sobei, fara sa se topeasca).</b></p>

<p><b>Maslinele se taie in bucatele mici chiar de pe simbure (inlaturind coaja daca se desprinde usor).</b></p>

<p><b>Gogosarul se taie in cubulete mici.</b></p>

<p><b>Castravetii se taie in felii subtiri, pe lungime, feliile se suprapun si se taie in forma de chibrit, apoi pe latime, in cubulete (fara sa se scurga de zeama).</b></p>

<p><b>Cind marginea este moale, se pun toate ingredientele mentionate si 1/2 lingurita cu sare fina, amestecind compozitia cu furculita pina cind se omogenizeaza ca o pasta, apoi se adauga sare si mustar, daca mai este nevoie.</b></p>

<p><b>Cu pasta se ung feliile de franzela sau cornuri.</b></p>
