<p>1 kg capsune,</p>

<p>1 kg zahar,</p>

<p>1/2 l apa,</p>

<p>30-50 ml zeama de lamiie sau 100 g glucoza, vanilie, rom.</p>

<p>Capsunele curatate de codite se tin in apa de var 30 minute, apoi se limpezesc in strecuratoare la un jet de apa.</p>

<p>Se pun in siropul bine legat, ca pentru dulceata de struguri si se fierb, pina cind se leaga din nou siropul.Inainte de a se lua de pe foc, se pune zaharul vanilat si o lingura cu rom.</p>

<p>Se fierb pina cind se leaga din nou siropul si capsunile plutesc in el pina la fundul cratitei (cind se ia de pe foc).</p>

<p>Se face proba, daca siropul este legat si, daca este gata, cratita se ia de pe foc si se aduna spuma.</p>

<p>Dulceata se lasa sa se raceasca acoperita si apoi se pune in borcane.</p>
