	<h2 class="rete-title">MOD DE PREPARARE RETETA Muraturi:</h2>

	<p>Spalam bine legumele si curatam morcovul si hreanul.</p>
	Pentru pregatirea saramurii vom avea in vedere cantitatea de legume pe care dorim s-o conservam. Punem la fiert apa si adaugam sarea ( indiferent de legumele conservate vom adauga o lingura de sare la un litru de apa ) , boabele de piper, boabele de mustar si ienibaharul. Lasam sa clocoteasca pana ce-si va schimba culoarea.<br />
	In fiecare borcan vom pune la inceput cateva boabe de piper, mustar boabe si 1-2 bucatele de hrean.<br />
	Asezam gogonelele in borcane, alternand cu morcovi ( intregi sau taiati rondele) . si frunze de telina. Deasupra punem un buchetel cu seminte de marar.<br />
	Daca avem la indemana si alte fructe , le putem adauga : struguri de masa, felii de mar, ardei gras. Sunt foarte gustoase murate.<br />
	Turnam in borcane saramura fierbinte, capsam si lasam borcanele 2-3 saptamani la temperatura mediului ambiant, pana se mureaza legumele.<br />
	Se pastreaza foarte bine in camara/beci chiar mai mult de un an, fara sterilizare sau alte metode de conservare.</div>
