	<h2 class="heading text-uppercase">Mod De Preparare</h2>

	<h2>Sufleu de conopida &ndash;&nbsp;se prepară foarte repede şi nu necesită multe ingrediente. Alegerea ideala pentru o masă sanatoasă si gustoasă care sa nu te țină mult &icirc;n bucatarie.</h2>

	<p>Conopida se desface in buchetele mici si se spala. Se pune la fiert intr-un vas cu un praf de sare.</p>

	<p>Dupa fierbere, se lasa la racit. Conopida fiarta se aseaza ordonat intr-o tava pe care in prealabil ai dat-o cu unt.</p>

	<p>Intr-un vas se bat cele 3 oua si dupa se amesteca cu smantana.</p>

	<p>Se rade branza, se taie sunca presata de pui (sau orice se prefera in locul acesteia) in feliute mici / cubulete. Acestea se presara ordonat deasupra conopidei din tava, dupa care smantana se toarna pe deasupra. Apoi se mai pune putina branza rasa pentru a se rumeni frumos la final.</p>

	<p>Cand cuptorul este incins, introduci sufleul la foc potrivit, unde il lasi aproximativ 30 de minute.</p>
